How it works
Four steps, from your first visit to your plan.
- Consultation
At the clinic, you talk with your provider about your health history, how you eat, move, and sleep, and what you have already tried. You also get an InBody scan and your vital signs.
- Laboratory evaluation
You have blood drawn for comprehensive baseline testing. It is included in the $350.
- Provider review
When your results are back, your provider goes over them with you in a phone call and explains what they show.
- Individualized treatment discussion
You receive your plan, which covers nutrition, movement, and sleep. When treatment is medically appropriate, you discuss the options and their cost before anything starts. When it is not, you hear why.

Oziel Iván Vela, PA-C
Iván began in cardiopulmonary and critical care. He served in the United States Air Force, worked as a respiratory therapist, and completed physician-assistant training at Loma Linda University. He sees patients in English and Spanish.
Sonia Vela, MA, and the clinic’s medical assistants work alongside him.
