• Month-to-month: Stripe charges the selected monthly price when you enroll and renews the subscription monthly until cancellation becomes effective.
• Annual offer: you make 12 monthly payments for 14 months of care. Stripe charges the selected monthly price at enrollment and monthly thereafter. After payment 12, billing ends; months 13 and 14 are complimentary care months.
• The 12-payment total is $2,400 for Vital Boost, $6,000 for Elite Boost, $12,000 for Performance Protocol, or $24,000 for VIP Concierge.
• Months 13 and 14 are care, not cash, a transferable balance, or a separate refund entitlement.
• The final Stripe page shows the first monthly charge before you submit payment. Stripe securely handles card information and sends receipts.

Unused included benefits may be carried for up to 90 days from the date the benefit was originally available. After 90 days, the benefit expires and has no cash value or prorated refund.

If you tell MedSpañol in advance about an extended absence or another circumstance preventing use, the clinic may extend that period at its discretion.

• One-time care: Stripe charges the exact amount shown once. The purchase does not renew automatically.
• Monthly care program: Stripe charges the exact monthly amount shown and renews it monthly until cancellation becomes effective. Contact MedSpañol at least 30 days before the requested cancellation date.
• Member pricing: Vital Boost takes 15% off eligible monthly medication programs, peptide treatments, IV therapy, and IV add-ons and Elite Boost 25%. That member price is taken from the regular price at the time of purchase in the MedSpañol app, where your membership is on file. This website has no membership on file, so a purchase made here is charged the regular price at every membership tier. The $350 Initial Consultation & Screening is never discounted, at any tier.
• The final Stripe page itemizes the care choice and shows the amount due before payment is submitted. Card information is entered only on Stripe.
• Payment does not guarantee a medication, prescription, procedure, peptide, or treatment. Iván confirms clinical eligibility and appropriateness before care is delivered.
• If MedSpañol determines that purchased care cannot be provided, the clinic will review an appropriate alternative or refund with the patient as required by law and clinic policy.
• After payment, Stripe provides the receipt and a non-clinical order reference. Staff must match that order to the patient and complete the chart, consent, scheduling, and treatment workflow. The same purchase must not be charged again in Aesthetic Record.

Membership does not guarantee a specific medication, prescription, procedure, peptide, or treatment. A licensed MedSpañol provider confirms eligibility, clinical appropriateness, treatment timing, and the services included in your care. When a particular treatment is not appropriate, MedSpañol will determine an appropriate alternative when possible.

After a website purchase, MedSpañol staff reconciles the Stripe payment with the patient record. Do not purchase the same membership a second time in Aesthetic Record.

Month-to-month: provide 30 days’ cancellation notice. There is no early-cancellation fee. Payments already processed are non-refundable, but access to applicable paid benefits continues subject to the 90-day unused-benefit policy.

Annual offer: the annual option is a 12-payment commitment. Cancellation during that initial commitment does not automatically cancel the remaining payment obligation. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law or when MedSpañol cannot provide the purchased membership. Months 13 and 14 become complimentary after all 12 payments are completed.

Website membership purchases are charged through Stripe. Aesthetic Record remains MedSpañol’s clinical, scheduling, consent, and existing point-of-sale system. Each transaction has one payment owner, so a website membership paid in Stripe must not be charged again in Aesthetic Record.
