1. Purchase membership
- If you dont know which medication is right for you its ok, we can discuss it during your visit. For now you can purchase Semaglutide and if you want to change it let us know before your visit not problem .

3. Make an account in Patient portal
This is where your consent forms will be saved for you to read and sign. You don't have to sign if you have questions. After answering your questions we can sign them during your first visit.
3. During office visit..
We will Discuss the medication in greater detail and answer any questions, draw your labs and give you your injections same day. Make sure you download our Rewards app so you can get access to discounts and promotions. You will need it to also check in.
4. Follow-ups
We will plan to see you monthly for weigh in, body measurements and refills.
